摘  要:简述了国内外过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))生产现状,重点介绍了浆态床H_(2)O_(2)生产技术,并以己内酰胺、环氧丙烷和环氧氯丙烷为例,介绍了H_(2)O_(2)在绿色烃类氧化和氮化反应中的应用。H_(2)O_(2)的工业化生产主要采用蒽醌法,包括固定床工艺和浆态床工艺,与固定床工艺相比,浆态床工艺在传热传质、加氢选择性、氢化效率和生产规模方面具有明显优势,我国已成功开发了具有完全自主知识产权的浆态床H_(2)O_(2)生产技术。工业试验表明,浆态床H_(2)O_(2)生产工艺的氢化效率达12~13 g/L,与固定床工艺相比,浆态床工艺单套装置产能提升200%,能耗物耗可降低20%左右,外排废水下降30%,无尾气排放。我国利用H_(2)O_(2)成功开发了己内酰胺全产业链绿色化工技术、H_(2)O_(2)氧化法制备环氧丙烷技术和氯丙烯H_(2)O_(2)直接环氧化制环氧氯丙烷成套绿色生产技术,为多个化工生产基地提供全流程绿色生产技术支持。The production status of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)) was briefly described in China and abroad,with emphasis on the slurry bed H_(2)O_(2) production technology.Taking caprolactam,propylene oxide and epichlorohydrin as examples,the application of H_(2)O_(2) in green hydrocarbon oxidation and nitridation reactions was introduced.The industrial production of H_(2)O_(2) mainly adopts anthraquinone process,including fixed bed process and slurry bed process.Slurry bed process is superior to fixed bed process in heat and mass transfer,hydrogenation selectivity,hydrogenation efficiency and production scale.China has successfully developed slurry bed H_(2)O_(2) production technology with completely independent intellectual property rights.The industrial test showed that the hydrogenation efficiency of slurry bed H_(2)O_(2) production process reached 12-13 g/L;compared with fixed bed process,the slurry bed process provided the capacity of a single unit increasing by 200%,the energy and material consumption reducing by about 20%,the discharged wastewater reducing by 30%,and no tail gas emission.China has successfully developed the whole industrial chain green chemical technology of caprolactam using H_(2)O_(2),the technology of H_(2)O_(2) oxidation into propylene oxide and the complete set of green production technology of chloropropene direct epoxidation with H_(2)O_(2) into epichlorohydrin,which provides full process green production technical support for multiple chemical production bases.
