摘  要:以100 kt/a己内酰胺装置为例,分析了影响装置己内酰胺产品高锰酸钾值(PM值)的主要因素,并结合实际采取措施优化了重排和加氢工序的工艺及设备。结果表明:重排和加氢工序是影响己内酰胺产品PM值的主要工序;重排工序采用大功率电机,可增加重排反应循环量,使重排反应更完全;改进加氢反应釜进料口,可使加氢反应更充分;通过改造后,己内酰胺产品PM值由32 971 s提高至33 152 s,加氢催化剂消耗量由45 kg/周降低至15 kg/周,己内酰胺加氢精制催化剂的消耗大幅降低。Taking a 100 kt/a caprolactam plant as an example, the main factors affecting the potassium permanganate(PM) value of caprolactam were analyzed. The process and equipment of rearrangement and hydrogenation processes were optimized based on the practical production. The results showed that rearrangement and hydrogenation processes are the main processes that affect the PM value of caprolactam products;the rearrangement process adopts high-power motor, which can increase the circulation of rearrangement reaction and make the rearrangement reaction more complete;improving the feed inlet of hydrogenation reactor can make the hydrogenation reaction more sufficient;and the PM value of caprolactam product was increased from 32 971 s to 33 152 s, and the hydrogenation catalyst was reduced from 45 kg/week to 15 kg/week after modification, indicating that the consumption of caprolactam hydrogenation catalyst was greatly reduced.
