摘 要:采用中红外(MIR)光谱研究聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)分子β晶型结构;选择相变前(303~433 K)、相变过程中(433~453 K)和相变后(453~523 K)三个温度区间,采用变温中红外(TD-MIR)光谱及二维中红外(2D-MIR)光谱进一步研究温度变化对于PVDF分子β晶型结构的影响。结果表明:相变前和相变过程中,随着测定温度的升高,TD-MIR光谱中PVDF分子β晶型结构对应的吸收峰红移,对应的吸收强度增强,β晶型含量增加,部分PVDF分子由α晶型结构转变为β晶型结构;相变后,随着测定温度的升高,TD-MIR光谱中PVDF分子β晶型结构对应的吸收峰先红移后蓝移,对应的吸收强度减弱,β晶型结构遭到破坏,493 K是PVDF分子β晶型含量减少的一个临界点;不同温度区间,PVDF分子β晶型结构同步2D-MIR光谱变化不大,但异步2D-MIR光谱却有较大的差异性,2D-MIR光谱提供了更加丰富的光谱信息。The β-crystal structure of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) molecule was studied by middle infrared(MIR) spectroscopy. The effect of temperature change on the β-crystal structure of PVDF molecule was further studied at three temperature ranges of(303-433 K) before phase transition,(433-453 K) during phase transition and(453-523 K) after phase transition by temperature-dependent middle infrared(TD-MIR) spectrum and two-dimensional middle infrared(2 D-MIR) spectroscopy. The results showed that the absorption peak corresponding to the β-crystal structure of PVDF molecule redshifts in TD-MIR spectra, the corresponding absorption intensity increased, the content of β-crystal increased, and some PVDF molecules transformed from α-crystal structure into β-crystal structure with the increase of measurement temperature before and during phase transition;the absorption peak corresponding to the β-crystal structure of PVDF molecule redshifts and then blueshifts in TD-MIR spectra, the corresponding absorption intensity decreased, the β-crystal structure was damaged, and the critical point appeared at 493 K for the decrease of β-crystal content of PVDF molecule with the increase of measurement temperature after phase transition;and the synchronous 2 D-MIR spectra of β-crystal structure of PVDF molecule changed little, but the asynchronous 2 D-MIR spectra showed great difference at different temperature ranges, and 2 D-MIR spectra provided more abundant spectral information.
