金水宝胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察金水宝胶囊联合糖皮质激素在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1~12月期间于宝鸡市中医医院接受治疗的92例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者给予糖皮质激素治疗,观察组患者给予金水宝胶囊联合糖皮质激素治疗,两组均连续治疗30 d。于治疗前后比较两组患者的临床症状、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分及肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)];同时比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的咳嗽喘息、胸闷气促、恶寒发热及口干舌燥等症状评分分别为(1.44±0.26)分、(1.66±0.29)分、(1.23±0.24)分、(1.43±0.28)分,明显低于对照组的(2.01±0.29)分、(2.29±0.41)分、(1.82±0.33)分、(2.04±0.30)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的ACT评分为(23.94±3.13)分,明显高于对照组的(21.88±3.27)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC值分别为(2.18±0.41) L、(3.01±0.31) L、(72.42±9.52)%,明显优于对照组的(1.71±0.34) L、(2.76±0.33) L、(61.96±9.12)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.48%,明显高于对照组的76.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为10.87%,略低于对照组的17.39%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 金水宝胶囊联合糖皮质激素能有效缓解支气管哮喘患者的临床症状,改善患者肺气功能,疗效显著且安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 92 patients with bronchial asthma who received treatment in Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given glucocorticoid treatment,and those in the observation group were given Jinshuibao capsule combined with glucocorticoid,continuously for 30 days.Clinical symptoms,asthma control test(ACT)score,and lung function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),ratio of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the scores of cough and wheezing,chest tightness and shortness of breath,chills and fever,and dry mouth in the observation group were(1.44±0.26)points,(1.66±0.29)points,(1.23±0.24)points,(1.43±0.28)points,respectively,significantly lower than(2.01±0.29)points,(2.29±0.41)points,(1.82±0.33)points,(2.04±0.30)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ACT score of the observation group was(23.94±3.13)points,which was significantly higher than(21.88±3.27)points of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC values of the observation group were(2.18±0.41)L,(3.01±0.31)L,(72.42±9.52)%,significantly better than(1.71±0.34)L,(2.76±0.33)L,(61.96±9.12)%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 76.09%of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.87%and 17.39%in the control group,but there was no
