摘 要:马齿苋具有清热解毒、凉血止痢的作用,在兽医临床中应用广泛,但是对于马齿苋的提取方法,目前鲜有报道,因此,制定并优化了马齿苋的水提工艺。以多糖含量为指标,采用单因素试验得出影响马齿苋提取的试验因素,并用正交试验优化得到马齿苋的最佳提取工艺。其工艺为取马齿苋药材加20倍量纯化水(pH 6.5),煎煮2 h,过滤,提取液于60℃~70℃,真空度0.07~0.09 MPa条件下浓缩,即得马齿苋提取物浸膏。Purslane has the functions of clearing heat and toxin,cooling blood and stopping dysentery.It is a widely used in veterinary medicine,but there is a lack of research on the extraction method.Therefore,the water extraction process of purslane was formulated and optimized in this study.Taking the polysaccharide content as the index,the experimental factors affecting the extraction of Purslane was obtained by single factor test,and the optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test.The procedure as follows:Purslane were mixed with 20 times the amount of purified water(pH 6.5),decoct and extract for 2 hours,then concentrate the extract under the condition of 60℃~70℃with 0.07~0.09 MPa by rotary evaporator to obtain the extract.
