摘　　要：医学生自我形象管理不仅是个体气质形象的要求,也是新时代背景下国家政策导向,是时代的需要和呼声。阐述了医学生自我形象管理的价值意蕴,深入分析了医学生自我形象管理存在的问题,提出新时代背景下医学生自我形象管理的实践策略,旨在推动高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,更好地促进医学生的全面发展。The self-image management of medical students is not only the requirement of individual temperament and image,but also the national policy orientation under the background of the new era,and is the need and voice of the times.This research introduces the value implication of medical students'self-image management,deeply analyzes the problems existing in medical students'self-image management,and puts forward practical strategies for medical students'self-image management in the new era,aiming to promote the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education and promote the all-round development of medical students.
