摘　　要：浙江是中国农产品贸易大省,也是“一带一路”农业互联互通的前沿和枢纽区域,为实现高效率、低成本、均衡利益三大目标,本文提出促进浙江省跨境农产品供应链模式优化的路径选择。主要包括:优化跨境农产品供应链,促进浙江省外向型农业,特别是面向“一带一路”国家的外向型农业由传统的产供销方式转变为一体化、联盟式产供销方式,不断拓宽、加快浙江省外向型农业发展的进程。同时,提高浙江省跨境农产品供应链效率(如生产、加工、流通等环节)和国际农产品市场综合竞争力,以跨境农产品供应链为基础,逐步形成一套科学、可行的综合保障机制,以促进浙江省外向型农业发展。Zhejiang is a major province of agricultural trade in China,and it is also the frontier and hub of agricultural interconnectivity under the“Belt and Road”Initiative.To achieve the three major goals of high effi ciency,low cost and balanced benefits,this article puts forward the paths to promote the optimization of the cross-border agricultural product supply chain model in Zhejiang Province,mainly including optimizing the supply chain of cross-border agricultural products,promoting the development of export-oriented agriculture in Zhejiang Province,especially the export-oriented agriculture for the countries along the“Belt and Road”,transferring from the traditional production,supply,and marketing models to the integrated and allied ones,and continuously broadening and accelerating the process of the development of export-oriented agriculture in Zhejiang Province.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the effi ciency of the supply chain of cross-border agricultural products,such as production,processing and circulation,etc.in Zhejiang Province,increase its comprehensive competitiveness in the international agricultural market,and gradually form a set of scientific and feasible comprehensive guarantee mechanism based on the supply chain of cross-border agricultural products,to promote the development of export-oriented agriculture in Zhejiang Province.
