摘 要:2020年9月—2021年6月对常德市柳叶湖、穿紫河、丁玲公园、白马湖公园等城市景观水体5个点位的浮游植物群落及其主要水环境因子进行调查,分析了水体中浮游植物群落时空差异及其与水质环境因子之间的关系。结果显示:5个点位共鉴定出浮游植物8门98种;柳叶湖区域夏秋季蓝藻种类多,丰度高,主要优势种为微囊藻(Microcystis sp.)、平裂藻(Merismopedia sp.)、隐球藻(Aphanocapsa sp.)、浮生鱼腥藻(Dolichospermum planctonica)等,冬季以隐藻属(Cryptomonas sp)为优势种;穿紫河大小河街点位以绿藻种类居多,且藻生物量最高,夏季以实球藻(Pandorina sp.)和颗粒直链藻极狭变种(Melosira granulata var.angustissima)为优势种;丁玲公园和白马湖公园为绿藻–硅藻型水体,蓝藻种类相对较少,春季优势蓝藻为蓝纤维藻(Dactylococcopsis sp.)。RDA相关性分析结果表明蓝藻丰度与水体总磷、水温和叶绿素a正相关,硅藻、隐藻在冬季为优势种群,且与总氮呈正相关关系。Five sampling sites were selected from Lake Liuye,River Chuanzi,Park Dingling and Baima from September 2020 to June 2021 to study the distribution of phytoplankton communities and main aquatic environmental factors.The relationship between phytoplankton structure and environmental parameters was analyzed.The results show that a total of 98 species belonging to 8 phyla were identified.The abundance and categories of cyanobacteria were the richest in Lake Liuye and the dominant species were Microcystis sp.,Merismopedia sp.,Aphanocapsa sp.and Dolichospermum planctonica.In addition,Cryptomonas sp was dominant in winter.The categories of Chlorophyta were rich and the average biomass of phytoplankton was the highest in River Chuanzi;the dominant species were Pandorina sp.and Melosira granulata var.angustissima in summer.Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta were abundant in Lake Dingling and Lake Baima and the categories of cyanobacteria were less in the two lakes;the dominant species was Dactylococcopsis sp.RDA analyses showed that the abundance of cyanobacteria was positively correlated with TP,WT and Chl a;Diatom and Cryptophyta were dominant in winter and positively correlated with TN.
