摘  要:为在设计凸轮廓曲线时选取符合从动件运动特性的凸轮曲线提供一定的依据,以某对心直动凸轮机构为例,根据推杆的运动要求和设定的凸轮机构基本参数,推导出凸轮轮廓的曲线方程。借助MATLAB设计出凸轮的轮廓曲线,并利用SOLIDWORKS软件生成凸轮三维模型,然后设计出凸轮机构其他零件的三维模型,将其装配在一起并进行运动仿真,并根据仿真结果分析出了不同的凸轮曲线对凸轮机构运动特性的影响。It provides a certain basis for selecting a cam curve that conforms to the kinematic characteristics of the follower when designing the cam profile curve.Now a centripetal linear cam mechanism taken as an example,according to the motion requirements of the push rod and the set basic parameters of the cam mechanism,the curve equation of the cam profile is deduced,the profile curve of the cam is designed with the help of MATLAB,and the three-dimensional model of the cam is generated with the help of SOLIDWORKS software.Then the three-dimensional models of other parts of the cam mechanism are designed,assembled together and the motion simulation is carried out.According to the simulation results,the influence of different cam curves on the kinematic characteristics of the cam mechanism is analyzed.
