摘　　要：美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)等组织和机构联合发布了2022年ASA《困难气道管理实践指南》。新版ASA指南是对2013年ASA困难气道管理工作组发布的《困难气道管理实践指南》的修订。现对最新发布的ASA《困难气道管理实践指南》作一简单介绍,对该指南的更新部分作一详细解读,并探讨ASA新版指南值得商榷之处。American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) united with other organizations and institutions presents an updated report of the Practice Guidelines for Management of Difficult Airway. It replaces the “Practice Guidelines for Management of the Difficult Airway: A Report by the American Society of Anesthesiologists Task Force on Management of the Difficult Airway” published by ASA in 2013. This article gives a brief introduction and discussion of the new ASA guidelines and a detailed interpretation of the updated parts of the new ASA guidelines.
