摘 要:桑椹菌核病是一种危害桑果产业的重要病害。本文测定了八角茴香油和丁香油对桑椹菌核病病原的抑菌活性,利用分级浓度抑制指数(FIC)评价两者复配后的抑菌作用,并对精油制剂田间防治桑椹菌核病的效果进行了测试。结果表明:八角茴香油和丁香油对桑实杯盘菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.25 mg/mL、0.5 mg/mL,丁香油和八角茴香油以2∶1复配时,对桑实杯盘菌表现出相加作用(FIC=1)。田间药效试验中,8%八角微乳100倍液和6%丁香八角混合微乳100倍液的矫正防效达到了80.56%和85.38%,对桑椹菌核病有良好的防治效果。Mulberry sclerotinia is an important disease that endangers the mulberry industry. In order to explore new plant-derived pesticides with good control effects, in this paper, the antibacterial activity of star anise essential oil and clove essential oil against mulberry sclerotinia was determined, and the antibacterial activity of the two compounds was evaluated by using FIC. The effect of essential oil preparation on mulberry sclerotinia sclerotinia in field was studied. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of essential oil from star anise on Ciboria shiraiana was 0.25 mg/mL, which was higher than that of clove essential oil(0.25 mg/mL). When the mass ratio of clove essential oil and star anise essential oil was 2:1, they showed additive effect on Ciboria shiraiana(FIC=1). In the field efficacy test, 8% star anise ME 100 times liquid and 24% clove·star anise 100 times liquid had a good control effect on mulberry sclerotinia.
