新型城镇化背景下江苏省公共体育服务保障体系优化路径研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对新型城镇化、公共体育服务保障体系相关概念进行辨析,从政策法规保障、组织保障、资源保障、财政保障、信息保障等方面对江苏省公共体育服务保障体系的现状进行阐述,并结合新型城镇化战略部署的新方向给出两条优化路径,一是主体路径,政府顶层设计到社会组织发挥活力到群众主动参与;二是空间路径,由中心城市带动周边地区并向县城延伸,优化空间结构,强化公共体育服务保障。By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the sports service guarantee system of Jiangsu province,and discriminates the related concepts of new urbanization and public sports service guarantee system,including policy guarantee,organization guarantee,resource guarantee,financial guarantee and information guarantee;and puts forward two optimization paths:one is the main path:from the top level design to the vitality of social organizations to the active participation of the masses;the second is the spatial path:from the central city driving to the surrounding areas and extending to the county.
