摘 要:大学体育课程是提升大学生身体素质的重要途径,而大学体育教师是大学体育课程的中坚力量,决定着体育教育的实践方向。随着大学体育教师教学水平的提高,体育教学的教学质量也在不断提高。但在体育教学过程中向度失谐,以单向度的思维方式为主。为此大学体育教师应在体育教学过程中提高自身综合素质能力,破解单向度思维,贯彻素质教育理念,提高大学体育课程的育人效果,为学生树立终身体育理念。College physical education curriculum is an important way to improve the physical quality of college students,and college physical education teachers are the backbone of college physical education curriculum,determines the direction of physical education practice.With the improvement of the teaching level of college PE teachers,the teaching quality of PE teaching is also improving.However,in the process of physical education teaching,the orientation is out of harmony and the One-dimensional thinking mode is given priority to.Therefore,college PE teachers should improve their own comprehensive quality and ability in the process of PE teaching,break the One-dimensional thinking,carry out the concept of quality education,improve the education effect of college PE courses,and set up the concept of lifelong PE for students.
