摘 要:为了探究大采高综采工作面覆岩破坏机理及矿井显压规律,以淮南矿区谢桥煤矿1242(3)工作面(5.1 m平均采高)为研究对象,采用数值模拟分析和现场实测等方法开展研究。通过对比分析,验证工作面不同推进距离条件下工作面覆岩破坏高度、破坏程度、预测支撑阻力、矿井来压位置及来压步距,定量地表示了大采高综采工作面覆岩破坏机理及矿井显压规律。研究结果表明,在工作面推进10 m、40 m及150m处分别有直接顶初次来压、基本顶初次来压和充分采动体现,且在向前推进至100 m前、100~150 m、超过150 m时,覆岩顶板破坏高度趋势分别为增加迅速、增加变缓、破坏程度基本不变,并推算最大支撑阻力不超过16000 kN/架,且要控制开采速度将矿压显现甩向采空区。工作面推进中,工作面煤壁前方始终存在应力集中现象,顶板和底板始终出现应力降低现象,当工作面推进90~100 m,具有顶板应力降低区域单峰状向双峰状及多峰状趋势发展,并预测了来压位置、来压步距及超前支承压力影响范围。现场实测数据与模拟来压位置、模拟来压步距及模拟液压支架阻力比较,模拟效果较为贴合。In order to explore the failure mechanism of overlying rock and the law of strata pressure in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height,1242(3)working face(5.1 m averager mining height)in Xieqiao Coal Mine of Huainan mining area was taken as the research object in this paper.Through comparative analysis,the failure height,failure degree,predicted support resistance,weighting position and weighting step of overlying rock were verified under different working face advancing distances,and the failure mechanism of overlying rock and strata pressure laws of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height were expressed quantitatively.The results show that there are direct roof initial pressure,basic roof initial pressure and full mining respectively at 10 m,40 m and 150 m advance of working face.And when advancing to 100 m,100~150 m and more than 150 m,the failure height trend of overlying rock roof increases rapidly,increases slowly,and the failure degree is basically unchanged.It is estimated that the maximum support resistance is not more than 16000 kN/frame,and the mining speed should be controlled to swing the strata pressure behavior to the goaf.During the working face advancing,the stress concentration always exists in the front of the coal wall of the working face,and the stress reduction always occurs in the roof and floor.When the working face advances 90~100 m,the roof stress reduction area develops from unimodal to bimodal and multimodal,and the influence range of weighting position,weighting step and advanced support pressure is predicted.The field measured data are compared with the simulated weighting position,the simulated weighting step and the simulated hydraulic support resistance,and the simulation effect is more suitable.
