摘  要:为了深入研究陕北矿区采空区遗煤发火规律,以陕西省榆林市魏墙煤矿一综采工作面为研究对象,通过束管监测采空区内部温度、氧气浓度随工作面推进的变化规律,对变化规律分析后完成了综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”范围的划分,同时利用数值模拟验证了划分结果的正确性。结果表明,回风巷侧采空区距工作面0~44 m为散热带,44~160 m为自燃带,大于160 m为窒息带,进风巷侧采空区距工作面0~74 m为散热带,74~180 m为自燃带,大于180 m为窒息带;采空区自燃危险区域范围和工作面最小推进速度均随配风量的增加而增大;综采工作面采空区具有自燃危险区域大、窒息带后移、工作面配风量影响更显著等特点。In order to deeply study the law of spontaneous combustion of leftover coal in the goaf in the northern Shaanxi mining area,the 1313 fully mechanized mining face of Weiqiang Coal Mine in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province was taken as the research object.The change rule of the internal temperature and oxygen concentration of the goaf with the advancement of the working face is monitored by the bundle tube.After analyzing the change rule,the division of the“three zones”range of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the fully mechanized mining face is completed,and the numerical simulation is used to verify the correctness of the division results.The results show that in the goaf at the side of the return airway,0~44 m away from the working face is the heat dissipation zone,44~160 m is the spontaneous combustion zone,and more than 160m is the suffocation zone;in the goaf at the side of the air inlet roadway,0~74 m away from the working face is the heat dissipation zone,74~180 m is the spontaneous combustion zone,and more than 180 m is the suffocation zone;the scope of the spontaneous combustion danger zone in the goaf and the minimum advance speed of the working face both increase with the increase of air distribution;the goaf of fully mechanized mining face has the characteristics of large spontaneous combustion risk area,backward movement of suffocation zone,and significant influence of air distribution in the working face.
