摘  要:为了向雅店煤矿4号煤层开采过程中的防灭火工作提供科学依据,选取该矿1417工作面煤样开展程序升温试验研究。通过分析煤体在氧化升温过程中产生的CO、CO_(2)等气体浓度与煤温的曲线关系,并对CO、CO_(2)与耗氧速率进行了分析,得出该矿临界温度为70~80℃,干裂温度为100~120℃,并计算得到雅店煤矿4号煤层试验煤自然发火期为37 d。根据试验结果确定了C_(2)H_(6)作为该矿的预报性指标气体,C_(2)H_(4)作为辅助性指标气体,以此可以判断煤自燃发展程度,为该矿构建分级预警体系奠定了数据基础。In order to provide a scientific basis for the fire prevention and fire-fighting work during the mining process of No.4 coal seam in Yadian Coal Mine,coal samples from the 1417 working face were selected to carry out programmed heating experimental research.By analyzing the curve relationship between the concentration of CO,CO_(2)and other gases produced in the process of oxidizing and heating up the coal body and the coal temperature,and discussing the CO,CO_(2)and oxygen consumption rate,it is concluded that the critical temperature of the coal is 70~80℃,dry cracking temperature is 100~120℃,and the natural ignition period of the No.4 coal seam test coal in Yadian Coal Mine is calculated to be 37 days.According to the test results,C_(2)H_(6)was determined as the predictive indicator gas of the mine,and C_(2)H_(4)was used as the auxiliary indicator gas,so that the development degree of coal spontaneous combustion could be judged,which laid a data foundation for the construction of a graded early warning system for this mine.
