摘 要:为了解决综采工作面采空区自燃“三带”划分及注氮参数设计与优化的问题,在进、回风巷布置埋管实测进、回风侧气体浓度分布,并采用数值模拟技术确定采空区自燃“三带”分布,并给出了最优注氮参数。研究表明,高家堡煤矿204工作面采空区散热带的分布范围在采空区内距离工作面0~34 m,在采空区进风侧处由于漏风相对较大,散热带范围相对较深,回风侧由于遗煤的氧气消耗,散热带较浅。窒息带在距离工作面100~135 m以上的采空区深部。当注氮口位置为采空区内部60 m时,氮气主要向采空区后方流失,氧化带的最大深度为94 m,缩减幅度为29.8%。当注氮口位置位于工作面后方50 m时,氧化带的缩减幅度最大。In order to solve the problems of division of“three zones”of spontaneous combustion in goaf of fully mechanized mining face and design and optimization of nitrogen injection parameters,buried pipes were arranged in the inlet and return air sides to measure the distribution of gas concentration at the inlet and return air sides,and numerical simulation technology was used to determine the distribution of“three zones”of spontaneous combustion in goaf,and the optimal nitrogen injection parameters were given.The results show that the distribution range of the heat dissipation zone in goaf 204 working face of Gaojiapu Coal Mine is 0~34 m away from the working face in goaf.In the inlet side of goaf,the range of the heat dissipation zone is relatively deep due to the large air leakage,and in the return air side,the heat dissipation zone is shallow due to the oxygen consumption of the remaining coal.The asphyxiation zone is located in the deep goaf 100~135 m away from the working face.When the position of the nitrogen injection port is 60 m inside the goaf,the nitrogen is mainly lost to the rear of the goaf,and the maximum depth of the oxidation zone is 94 m,with a reduction of 29.8%.When the position of the nitrogen injection port is 50 m behind the working face,the reduction of the oxidation zone is the largest.
