摘  要:为了探究水射流瓦斯增透技术中关键参数的影响规律,增强瓦斯抽取效率,以神华宁夏煤业集团汝箕沟煤矿的煤样为研究对象,通过冲击动能力学公式表征了水射流的破岩机理,建立了水射流破煤力学模型,得到水射流瓦斯增透技术关键参数,并进行了喷嘴优化设计及水射流破煤试验。结果表明,在水流量一定时,喷嘴直径越大,水柱雾化现象越严重,对煤体的表面压力越低,水体破岩效果越差,这与理论研究结果一致。通过优化喷嘴结构,结合现场实际工况,确定喷嘴直径取3 mm时达到最优效果;水射流瓦斯增透技术可以对低渗透煤体进行有效切割,增加煤体贯通裂隙,增加瓦斯渗出途径,从而增大瓦斯抽取效率。现场工业性试验效果良好,可为赋存条件相近矿井提供参考。In order to investigate the influence of key parameters in hydraulic flushing gas augmentation technology and to enhance gas extraction efficiency.The coal samples from the Rujigou Coal Mine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group were used as the object of the study.The rock breaking mechanism of water jet was characterized by the formula of impact kinetic mechanics,the mechanical model of water jet destruction of coal body was established,the key parameters of water jet gas penetration technology were obtained and carried out nozzle optimization design test,water jet coal breaking test and on-site industrial test.The results indicate that:At a certain water flow rate,the larger the nozzle diameter,the more severe the atomization of the water column,the lower the surface pressure on the coal body,and the poorer the rock breaking effect of the water body,which is consistent with the results of the theoretical study.By optimizing the nozzle structure,the nozzle diameter of 3 mm was chosen to achieve the optimal effect after taking into account the actual working conditions on site.The water jet gas augmentation technology can effectively cut the low permeability coal body,increase the penetration fissures of the coal body,increase the gas exfiltration pathway,and thus increase the extraction efficiency of gas.The field industrial test results are good,which can provide reference for coal mines with similar occurrence conditions.
