摘  要:为有效解决因巷道狭窄,前探钻孔施工效率不高等问题,设计了一种适用于不同类型钻孔的全液压大功率履带钻机。该钻机配置了履带车体、可以翻转的调角装备、可倾倒的稳定装配、性能较强的动力系统。同时,具有远距操控的操控纵台,并配备单独控制的行走操纵系统,钻机的效益和性能大幅提升。借助现场工业试验,实证了该钻机技术研发和改进方案的有效性,可适用于各种复杂的水文地质综采巷道,能够在施工前探钻孔过程中实现迅速位移,对井下巷道中各类钻孔有较强的适应性,为煤矿同类钻机的研发和改造提供了技术参考。In order to effectively solve the problems of narrow tunnels and low efficiency of forward drilling construction,a full hydraulic high-power crawler drilling rig suitable for different types of drilling is designed.The drilling rig has a compact appearance,a reasonable overall structure layout,and a stable device design.The drilling rig is equipped with a crawler car body,tiltable angle adjustment equipment,a tiltable stable assembly,and a powerful power system.At the same time,with a remote control platform and a separately controlled walking control system,the benefits and performance of the drilling rig are greatly improved.With the help of on-site industrial tests,the effectiveness of the drilling rig technology research and development and improvement plan is demonstrated.It is suitable for all kinds of complex hydrogeological fully mechanized mining roadways,can realize rapid displacement in the process of pre-construction drilling,and has strong adaptability to various types of drilling holes in underground roadways.This drilling rig provides a technical reference for the research and development and transformation of similar drilling rigs in coal mines.
