摘  要:为了对某煤矿主井钢井架进行加固,介绍了该井架的实际状况,分析了其结构损伤的情况及其目前安全状况。结合工程实际条件,利用Midas Gen软件建立了三维有限元模型,对加固原则及主井井架荷载组合进行了论述,并对承载能力极限状态下井架杆件应力、井架变形及杆件长细比进行分析。在明确结构加固计算结果的基础上,可以有效确定井架加固方案,并对今后类似工程的加固改造提出合理建议。In order to reinforce the steel headframe of the main shaft of a coal mine,this paper introduces the actual condition of the steel headframe,analyzes the damage of its structure and its current safety status.Combined with the actual engineering conditions,a three dimensional finite element model is established by using Midas Gen software.The reinforcement principle and load combination of the headframe are discussed,and the stress,deformation and slenderness ratio of headframe rod are analyzed under the limit state of bearing capacity.On the basis of clarifying the calculation results of structural reinforcement,the headframe reinforcement scheme can be effectively determined,and reasonable suggestions for reinforcement and reconstruction of similar projects in the future can be put forward.
