摘  要:水凝胶因其具有良好的机械强度和优异的生物相容性,在伤口敷料领域得到了广泛的研究和应用.为了研究复合水凝胶材料在慢性难愈性伤口愈合过程中发挥的作用,本文介绍了伤口愈合的机制和水凝胶的制备方法,对4种天然高分子水凝胶的结构设计、合成以及应用进行了综述,包括:壳聚糖水凝胶、纤维素水凝胶,海藻酸钠和蚕丝蛋白水凝胶,在天然水凝胶发展基础上,进一步介绍了加入光动力学疗法和光热疗法的复合型多功能促伤口愈合水凝胶,并结合水凝胶的特点展望了促伤口愈合水凝胶在未来的发展方向.Because of goodmechanical strength and excellent biocompatibility,hydrogels have been widely studied and applied in the field of wound dressings.To study the role of composite hydrogel materials in the healing process of chronic and difficult-to-heal wounds,this paper introduced the mechanism of wound healing and preparation methods of hydrogels,and reviewed the structure design,synthesis and application of 4 kinds natural hydrogels,including chitosan hydrogels,cellulose hydrogels,sodium alginate and silk hydrogels.Finally,a composite multifunctional wound healing promoting hydrogel with photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy is introduced,and combining the characteristics of hydrogels,the future development direction of hydrogels for promoting wound healing is prospected.
