摘 要:开发了一种从巴豆粗提液中分离佛波醇的绿色、快捷的工艺,利用大孔吸附树脂柱层析法,对粗提液进行纯化,考察了7种大孔吸附树脂的性能。结果表明D101型大孔吸附树脂具有最好的分离效果,该方法以乙醇-水作为溶剂系统进行梯度洗脱,佛波醇的回收率高达62.16%,高效液相色谱(HPLC)测得产品佛波醇质量分数为91.08%。A green and simple technology was developed to purify phorbol in croton.The phorbol was purified from crude extracts of croton by the resin column chromatography,and the separation efficiency of seven macroporous adsorption resins was evaluated.The results indicated the D101 resin showed the best performance among all the seven resins.This method used ethanol-water as the solvent for gradient elution,the yield of phorbol was 62.16%,and the mass fraction of phorbol in the product was 91.08%determined by HPLC.
