摘 要:在磁芯损耗测量中量热法通常用于验证电气测量方法的精度。在比对量热法的基础上,提出了具有损耗预测和温度跟踪功能的量热测量法,并详细分析了测量原理、误差来源和影响因素,采用隔热容器、搅拌器、温度采集卡、功率采集卡和继电器开发了小损耗元件自动测量装置,同时通过LabVIEW对温度、电压和电流参数进行处理,构建人机互动界面,最后通过测量高精度电阻的直流功率验证了测量装置的误差在3%以内。实验表明,开发的测量装置可以根据损耗的大小自动调整跟踪过程,提高了测量效率和准确度。Calorimetry is usually used to verify the accuracy of electrical measurement in core losses measurement.Based on the comparative calorimetry,a calorimetry with pre-estimation of losses and temperature tracking was proposed in this paper.The measurement principle,the errors and influencing factors were analyzed in detail.An automatic losses measurement device was developed by using insulated container,stirrer,temperature acquisition card,power acquisition card,and relay.The parameters of temperature,voltage,and current were processed by LabVIEW,and the upper-computer interaction interface was established.Finally,by measuring the DC power of the low temperature drift coefficient resistance,the error of the measurement device was verified within 3%.The experiment showed that the developed measurement device can automatically adjust the tracking process according to the core losses,and improved the measurement efficiency and accuracy.
