摘 要:目的探讨基于JCI理念的核心问题管理模式在超声内镜检查护理流程的应用效果。方法2019年1月—2021年1月,选取在医院内镜室行超声内镜检查的140例上消化道隆起性黏膜病变患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,各70例。对照组实施常规检查流程,而观察组患者实施基于JCI理念的核心问题管理模式的检查流程,比较两组患者检查前后的焦虑情况、不良反应的发生率、护理质量和护理满意度。结果检查结束后,观察组焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理服务质量与患者满意程度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于JCI理念的核心问题管理模式能够改善患者在超声内镜检查中的焦虑情绪,减少患者的不良反应,并且提高护理质量和患者护理满意程度。Objective To explore the application effect of core problem management model based on JCI concept in the nursing process of endoscopic ultrasonography.Methods To select 140 patients with upper gastrointestinal mucosal lesions who underwent endoscopic ultrasonography in the endoscopy room of the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 as the study subjects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group implemented the routine inspection process,while the observation group implemented the core problem management model based on the JCI concept.The anxiety,incidence of adverse reactions,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the examination.Results After the examination,the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the quality of nursing service and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the core problem management model based on the JCI concept can improve the anxiety of patients during endoscopic ultrasonography,reduce the adverse reactions of patients,and improve the quality of care and the satisfaction of patients.
