多种中医护理干预技术在痔疮术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预技术在痔疮术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年8月医院收治的60例痔疮术后患者为研究对象,按照组间基本资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施多种中医护理干预技术,干预至患者出院。对两组患者术后并发症发生情况、主要症状及体征积分改善情况及护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组干预后疼痛、出血、水肿、坠胀评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度中操作技术、护理方式、服务态度、操作安全评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预技术能够改善痔疮术后患者临床症状、体征,减少并发症发生,从而提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention techniques in patients with hemorrhoids surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative hemorrhoids who were admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balance and comparability of the basic data between the groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given various traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention techniques on the basis of the control group,and the patients were intervened until they were discharged from the hospital.The incidence of postoperative complications,improvement of main symptoms and signs scores,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Results The scores of pain,bleeding,edema and bulge in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The scores of operation technique,nursing method,service attitude and operation safety in the nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention techniques can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients after hemorrhoid surgery,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
