摘  要:采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸微球。分析了单体比,引发剂用量及加入方式,离子强度,反应温度等因素对微球粒径及粒径分布的影响,制得了单分散,粒径在300 nm左右的聚合物乳胶粒。实验结果表明,通过优化聚合配方和工艺可以有效控制乳胶粒的粒径和粒径分布,同时考察了乳胶粒子的稳定性能。Polystyrene acrylic lotion microspheres were prepared by soap free emulsion polymerization.The effects of monomer ratio,initiator dosage and addition method,ionic strength and reaction temperature on the particle size and particle size distribution of microspheres were analyzed.Monodisperse polymer latex particles with particle size of about 300 nm were prepared.The experimental results show that the particle size and particle size distribution of latex particles can be effectively controlled by optimizing the polymerization formula and process,and the stability of latex particles is investigated.
