摘  要:目的:制备优良的丹皮酚混悬剂,为科学研究提供有效的实验材料。方法:通过研磨和涡旋两种分散法制备丹皮酚混悬剂,以沉降容积比和重新分散为质量评价指标。结果:利用阿拉伯胶制备丹皮酚混悬剂,其3h后的沉降容积比为0.98,3次振摇后可以使药物重新分散。结论:以阿拉伯胶作为助悬剂通过研磨法制备的丹皮酚混悬剂,其外观细腻,分散微粒较细小,沉淀容积最大,稳定性最好。Objective:To produce paeonol suspension and provide effective experimental materials for scientific research.Methods:To produce paeonol suspension by grinding and vortex dispersion;to take the settlement volume ratio and re-dispersion of paeonol suspension as the quality evaluation indicators for the stability of paeonol suspension.Results:The settlement volume ratio of paeonol suspension produced by grinding with Arabic gum is 0.98,and the drug is re-dispersed after 3 times of shaking.Conclusion:Paeonol suspension produced by grinding method with Arabic gum as suspension agent has fine appearance and smaller discrete particles with maximum precipitation capacity and the best stability.
