摘 要:阳极腐蚀和能耗是制约污泥电渗透脱水技术广泛应用的重要因素。通过对钛阳极不同涂层下污泥电渗透脱水效果的研究,发现钌锡和铱涂层的钛阳极污泥的电渗透脱水效果较好。采用响应曲面法建立了电渗透脱水泥饼含水率和脱水能耗与电压强度、污泥厚度和脱水时间的二次多项回归模型,经实验验证该模型合理可靠。通过模型优化,污泥适宜的电渗透脱水条件为电压强度15.98 V,污泥厚度5.85 mm,脱水时间8 min,此时污泥的含水率为65%,脱水能耗为0.18 kWh/kh-H_(2)O。Anode corrosion and energy consumption are important factors that restrict the widespread of electroosmotic dewatering for sludge.The influence of different coatings on the titanium anode on electroosmotic dewatering performance was investigated,it was found that the electroosmosis dewatering efficiency under titanium anode coated with ruthenium tin and iridium was higher.The response surface method was used to establish a quadratic multinomial regression model between the water content of sludge cake,energy consumption and voltage intensity,sludge thickness and dehydration time during electroosmotic dewatering.The experimental results showed that the model was reasonable and reliable.Through the optimization of the model,the suitable conditions of electroosmosis dewatering for sludge were 15.98 V of voltage strength,5.85 mm of sludge thickness and 8 min dewatering time,and the water content reached 65%and the energy consumption was 0.18kwh/kh-H_(2)O.
