摘　　要：新时代的军事教育方针是做好军事教育工作遵循的基本依据,也对军校思想政治教育提出了更高的要求。网络新媒体时代的到来使思想政治教育工作面临前所未有的挑战,军校学员“伴网而生”的成长环境对军校传统思想政治教育的方式提出了新要求。因此,直面时代提出的问题,推动新时期思想教育工作的创新发展,必须不断优化传统思想政治教育工作的内容和结构,创新形式方法,增强军校思想政治教育的时效性。守正创新,开拓军校思想政治教育新局面。The policy of military education in the new era is the basis to promote military education,and it also puts forward higher requirements for the ideological and political education in military academies.With the advent of the new Internet media era,our ideological and political education is facing unprecedented challenges.The growing environment of military cadets of“living with the Internet”also puts forward new requirements for the traditional ideological and political education methods of military academies.Therefore,to face the challenges of the times and to promote the development of the innovation of the ideological education work in the new period,it is necessary to constantly improve the content and structure of the traditional ideological and political education work,innovate the forms and methods,and enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in the military academies.It is necessary to respect the tradition and emphasize innovation,so as to open up a new situation of ideological and political education in military academies.
