摘　　要：毕业生质量是衡量学校人才培养水平、学校未来发展的重要指标,对毕业生进行质量调查对于学校调整人才培养策略、学校人才培养水平的提升具有重要意义。基于此,对甘肃医学院2019届、2020届本科护理学毕业生及其用人单位进行调查,了解毕业生毕业后几年的工作状况、毕业生自我评价及用人单位对毕业生的评价,同时获取毕业生对学院教学、科研及管理方面的意见反馈,探讨护理人才培养过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出相应的解决措施,制定更加科学的人才培养策略。The quality of graduates is an important indicator to measure the level of school talent training and the future development of the school.The quality tracking survey of graduates is of great significance for the school to adjust the talent training strategy and improve the school talent training level.Based on this,this study investigated the undergraduate nursing graduates of Grade 2019 and Grade 2020 and their working places,trying to understand the working status of the graduates after their graduation,the graduates’self-evaluation and the employer’s evaluation of the graduates.At the same time,this study obtained the feedback of the graduates on the teaching,the scientific research and the management of the college.This paper discusses the problems existing in the process of nursing talent training,and puts forward some solutions,trying to formulate more scientific talent training strategies.
