摘　　要：为了培养适应社会发展的卓越创新型人才,在新工科工程教育理念及安徽省一流专业建设背景下,根据行业发展和学校办学定位,对电气工程及其自动化专业建设存在的问题进行了深入分析,从人才培养方案的匹配度、课程教学改革实施、教师教学实践能力提升、创新优化实践教学模式、开发各类适应专业教学的学科竞赛等方面进行探索研究,提出建设方案,形成五条并举专业建设路径及“教师+学生”能力提升的闭环人才培养特色,总结该模式取得的阶段性成效及专业建设的未来规划。In order to cultivate outstanding and innovative talents who can adapt to the social development,with the engineering education concept of the“emerging engineering education”,and under the background of the construction of the first-class majors in Anhui Province,the current problems in the construction of electrical engineering and its automation major are deeply analyzed according to the development of the industry and the orientation of the school.This paper explores from the aspects of the matching degree of talent training program,the implementation of curriculum teaching reform,the improvement of the teachers’practical teaching ability,the innovation and optimization of the practice teaching mode,the development of various discipline competitions suitable for the promotion of professional teaching,etc.It puts forward the construction plan,the five simultaneous major construction paths,and the closed-loop talent training characteristics of“teacher+student”ability improvement.It also summarizes the phased results achieved under this model and the future planning of major construction.
