摘 要:为了探析分层次教学法在心内科护理实习带教中的应用效果,将时间区间设定在2021年3月—6月,选取此时间段内南华大学附属第一医院心内科接收的100名护理实习生,以随机抽签分组法把护理实习生分为两组,每组50名。参照组护理实习生应用传统带教方法,试验组护理实习生应用分层次教学法。分析两组心内科护理实习生带教后的考核成绩、工作能力和带教满意度。在对心内科护理实习生进行带教时,应用分层次教学法能够提升护理实习生的专业素养,锻炼其工作能力,提高带教满意度,建议研究使用。This study is to explore the application effect of hierarchical teaching method in the nursing practice teaching of the Department of Cardiology.The time interval was locked between March 2021 and June 2021.One hundred nursing interns received by the Department of Cardiology of our hospital during this time interval were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 interns in each group.The nursing interns in the control group were taught with the traditional teaching method,while the interns in the observation group were taught with the hierarchical teaching method.The assessment results,work ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns were analyzed after the teaching.The results show that when teaching nursing interns in the Department of Cardiology,the application of hierarchical teaching method can improve the professional quality of nursing interns,exercise their working ability,and improve the satisfaction degree of teaching.The application of this teaching method is recommended.
