行为实验情景下决策科学人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：在后疫情时代,全球社会发生了重大改变,各个领域面临新的挑战和机遇。在新的时代背景下,如何做好科学决策成了全社会面临的共同问题。这需要培养出能够适应新的时代内涵,满足发展需求的决策科学人才。立足于多学科交叉融合的发展理念,创新性地提出将行为实验的方法与决策科学人才培养模式相结合,针对人才培养目标就完善行为实验教学体系、建立实验平台和组建优秀的教学队伍等方面进行深入研究,以此助力决策科学人才培养模式的改革创新。In the post-epidemic era,significant changes have taken place in the global society,and various fields are facing new challenges and opportunities.In the new era,how to make scientific decisions has become a common problem faced by the whole society.This requires the cultivation of decision-making scientific talents who can adapt to the connotation of the new era and meet the development needs.Based on the development concept of interdisciplinary integration,the author creatively puts forward the combination of the behavior experiment method and the talent training mode of decision-making science,and conducts an in-depth study on improving the behavior experiment teaching system,establishing the experimental platform,and establishing an excellent teaching team according to the talent training objectives,so as to help the reform and innovation of the talent training mode of decision-making science.
