填筑土坝碾压振动对塑性混凝土防渗心墙影响的研究

摘  要:为评估土体填筑机械的碾压振动对混凝土防渗心墙质量的影响,以宁夏固原市何家沟黄河水调蓄水库为研究对象,通过数值模拟定量分析了土坝填筑碾压振动对塑性混凝土防渗心墙的影响规律,并与混凝土防渗心墙质量监测数据进行了对比分析。模拟结果表明:碾压振动波首先到达防渗心墙上部,由于刚度的差异,防渗心墙出现应力集中现象;防渗心墙的顶部出现位移,然后逐渐向下部延伸;振动荷载作用时,首先在心墙底部产生弯矩,随后向上延伸,整个心墙分布着不同方向交替的弯矩;振动荷载卸载时,心墙弯矩先减小后逐渐增大,最后再减小,整个变化规律过程具有明显的滞后性。根据模拟结果,建议应重点监测防渗心墙底部和心墙反弯点的变形情况;采用20 t振动碾压机械施工,防渗心墙的振动控制标准建议确定为1.0 cm/s,并选取0.85 cm/s作为预警值;碾压机械与心墙的距离应不小于10 m。In order to evaluate the impact of the heavy soil filling equipment’s grinding vibration on the quality of the concrete impermeable core wall,it takes the Hejiagou Yellow River Water Regulating Reservoir in Guyuan City,Ningxia as the research object in this paper,and quantitatively analyzes the influencing law through numerical simulation calculations.The effect data of vibration on the plastic concrete impermeable core wall is compared with the quality monitoring data.The simulation results show that:the grinding vibration wave first reaches the upper part of the impermeable core wall,due to the difference in stiffness,so that stress concentration occurs in the impermeable core wall;the top of the impermeable core wall is displaced,and then gradually extends downward;when the vibration load acts,the bending moment is firstly generated at the bottom of the core wall,and then extends upward,and the whole core wall is distributed with alternating bending moments in different directions;when the vibration load is unloaded,the bending moment of the core wall first decreases and then gradually increases and finally decreases again,and the whole process of change shows obvious hysteresis.According to the simulation results,it is suggested that the deformation of the bottom of the impermeable core wall and the anti-bending point of the core wall should be focused on monitoring;when using 20 t vibratory grinding machinery for construction,the vibration control standard of the impermeable core wall is suggested to be determined as 1.0 cm/s,and 0.85 cm/s is selected as the warning value;the distance between the grinding machinery and the core wall should be not less than 10 m.
