摘 要:针对低影响开发(LID)生态停车场面层铺装材料长期在车载作用下易破坏、耐久性不足等问题,使用高强混凝土替代普通干硬性混凝土作为植草砖的基体材料,可有效提升铺装材料强度及耐久性能。为优化植草砖基体混凝土配合比,对植草砖基体混凝土采用低水胶比、控制粗骨料的最大粒径、掺入高性能减水剂等方式进行调整,设计L_(18)(3^(7))正交试验方案,对植草砖基体混凝土的流动性能和力学性能开展试验研究。结果表明:植草砖基体混凝土的强度主要取决于水灰比;外加剂掺量对植草砖基体混凝土的坍落度及扩展度影响最大;粉煤灰掺量对植草砖基体混凝土后期强度影响较大;植草砖基体混凝土的强度随着粗骨料最大粒径增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势。优选配合比下的植草砖基体混凝土能够满足预期性能指标,且较为经济。In view of the problems of low impact development(LID)ecological parking lot surface pavement materials are easy to be destroyed under the action of vehicles for a long time and are of poor durability,using high strength concrete instead of ordinary dry hard concrete as the base material of grass-planting bricks can effectively improve the strength and durability of the pavement materials.In order to optimize the ratio,the grass-planting bricks are adjusted by low water-cement ratio,controlling the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate and mixing with high performance water reducing agent,etc.The L_(18)(3^(7))orthogonal test scheme is designed to carry out experimental research on the fluidity performance and mechanical properties of the concrete.The results show that the strength of the grass-planting bricks mainly depends on the water-cement ratio;the amount of admixture has the greatest influence on the slump and expansion of the concrete;the amount of fly ash admixture has a greater influence on the later strength of the concrete;and the strength of the concrete shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the maximum particle size of coarse aggregates.The concrete with the preferred ratio can meet the expected performance standard and is more economical.
