摘 要:以宁夏回族自治区贺兰县常信乡168个居民点为研究对象,采用人均及户均建设用地标准法、层次分析法,构建包括自然、经济、资源、社会等因素的整理潜力修正指标体系,计算得到常信乡农村居民点整理理论潜力和现实潜力,并运用ArcGIS软件进行整理潜力分区。研究结果表明,常信乡农村居民点整理理论潜力为420.02 hm^(2),现实潜力为212.95 hm^(2),占理论潜力的50.69%,并根据现实潜力将常信乡划分为Ⅰ级潜力区、Ⅱ级潜力区、Ⅲ级潜力区。Taking 168 residential areas in Changxin Town,Helan County,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the researching object,the methods of construction land standard per capita and per household and hierarchical analysis are used to construct a revised index system for land arrangement potential,including factors such as nature,economics,resource and society,and the theoretical and realistic potentials of the areas in Changxin Town thus are calculated.The areas are also sorted through Arc-GIS software based on the potential.The results show that the theoretical land arrangement potential of residential areas in Changxin Town is 420.02 hm^(2) and the realistic potential is 212.95 hm^(2),accounting for 50.69%of the theoretical potential.Changxin Town is divided into Class I Potential Area,Class II Potential Area and Class III Potential Area according to the realistic potential.
