摘 要:为考核阀门端部连接在燃烧状态下的抗弯和抗压的设计性能,分析了现行标准推荐的端部连接耐火试验系统存在的问题和不足,结合阀门端部连接火灾环境下的实际工况,设计了一套阀门端部连接耐火试验系统并提出了试验方法。该系统基于改进的增压系统、测漏系统和独立研制的弯矩加载装置等组成,能有效控制系统的压力波动范围在±10%、测量参数的精度误差范围在±5%以内、提高系统使用寿命及经济性。对燃烧工况下连接件承压性能试验系统的设计及试验方法的优化具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。In order to check the design of the bending and compressive properties of the valve end connection under combustion state,the problems and shortcomings of the end connection fire resistant test system recommended in the existing national standards were analyzed,and in combination with the actual working conditions of the valve end connection of fire environment,a set of valve end connection fire test system was designed and the test method was proposed.The system is composed of the improved pressurization system,leak detection system and independently developed moment loading device,which can effectively control the pressure fluctuation range of the system within±10%and the precision error range of the measurement parameters within±5%,thus improving the service life and economy of the system.It has certain guidance and reference for the design of the test system and the optimization of the test method of the end connection under the combustion condition.
