行业型高校思想政治工作实践与探索--以北京理工大学为例

摘　　要：当前,我国开启了全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,中国正朝着第二个百年奋斗目标奋勇前进。在此进程中,高校作为培养综合性人才的主要阵地,应该牢牢把握培养人才的主导权,将培养社会主义接班人和建设者的任务与发展中国特色社会主义、实现中华民族伟大复兴目标紧密结合。新时代行业型高校立德树人的职责被赋予新的使命,既应该面向行业,也需要面向新时代。以中国共产党创办的第一所理工科院校——北京理工大学在思想政治工作方面的实践为参考,浅析行业型高校思想政治工作的着力点和创新性。At present,China has embarked on a new journey to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,which shows that China is striving for the second centenary goal.In this process,colleges and universities,as the main position for cultivating comprehensive talents,should firmly grasp the dominant right of talent cultivation,and combine the task of cultivating socialist successors and builders with the goal of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,the responsibility of“building morality and cultivating talents”of industrial-oriented universities is given a new mission.They should not only face the industry,but also face the new era.For the university group,which has always been rooted in China and has its own“red genes”,its responsibility to cultivate morality and cultivate people has been given a new height,which should not only face the connotation of the industry,but also face the new era.Based on the practice of the ideological and political work of Beijing Institute of Technology,the first science and engineering college founded by the Communist Party of China,this paper briefly analyzes the focus and innovation of the ideological and political work in industry-oriented universities.
