摘  要:结合现阶段口腔正畸学的学科发展特点和对高质量的医学人才需求,在口腔正畸专业研究生的案例教学活动中初次加入牙科全局分析诊断的教学内容,探讨其对专业型研究生多元化矫治思维培养的影响和意义。选取宁夏医科大学正畸专业24名硕士研究生作为研究对象,采用传统的案例教学和以全局分析诊断为导向的病例分析教学,对调查问卷和病例资料分析的得分进行教学评价。问卷结果显示,以全局诊断为导向的案例分析教学结果及满意度均优于传统教学,二者存在明显的差异。全局分析诊断为导向的教学应用于临床案例教学中具有较好的教学效果,可拓宽学生的矫治思维和整合能力,为多元化的正畸医学人才培养提供参考。Based on the latest developments of orthodontics and the need for high-quality medical talents,this study is designed to investigate the effect of Global Analysis Diagnosis to provide a wider perspective on correction for professional degree postgraduate students of orthodontics major.24 professional degree postgraduate students of orthodontics major from Ningxia Medical University were selected as the subjects of this study.Each of them participated in both traditional case-based classes and GAD-oriented classes.Their performance was graded by the instructors and they were also asked to complete a questionnaire at the end of the experiment.The subjects had better performance and expressed higher satisfaction in GAD-oriented classes than they did in traditional casebased classes.The statistics showed a significant difference(P<0.05).It is effective in applying GAD to clinical case-based teaching,which can broaden the students’orthodontic thinking and integration ability,thus providing a solid foundation for the cultivation of talents in orthodontics.
