摘  要:介绍了一种基于光学传声器的新型非接触超声检测技术与应用,该光学传声器基于声场对光折射率的影响来进行声电能量转换,替代了传统声学传感器通过感应振动来完成声电能量转换的方式,具有极佳的带宽和灵敏度。通过对汽车点焊结构及蜂窝夹芯复合材料的检测,验证了该技术的可靠性和优势。This paper introduces a new non-contact ultrasonic testing technology and its application based on optical microphone. The optical microphone is based on the effect of the acoustic field on the light refractive index to carry out the acoustoelectric energy conversion, which replaces the traditional acoustic sensor to complete acoustoelectric energy conversion by inducting vibration, and thus makes the optical microphone has excellent bandwidth and sensitivity. The reliability and advantages of the technology are verified by testing applications in automotive structure spot welding and honeycomb sandwich composites.
