摘  要:为研究“植物-填料”组合的复合式生态浮床对校园人工湖中CODcr、NH3-N、TP的净化效果,在使用相同的辫带式纤维填料的条件下,共设计两轮实验.在第一轮试验中,以菹草5株,浮萍鲜重分别为5、10、15、20 g作为工况1;浮萍鲜重为5 g,菹草株数分别为6、12、18、24作为工况2,研究它们对某高校校园人工湖的净化效果.结果表明:工况1中第2组,即菹草5株、浮萍10 g,工况2中第2组,即浮萍5 g、菹草12株,对试验湖水中CODcr、NH3-N、TP的净化效果最好,达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)V类标准.在第二轮试验中,将菹草12株、浮萍10 g进行搭配,试验其对湖水的净化效果.结果表明,其对试验湖水中CODcr、NH3-N的净化效果优于工况1、工况2,受试湖水中CODcr和NH3-N含量已达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅳ类标准.由于第二轮试验湖水中TP初始含量较低,导致TP去除效果不明显.In order to study the purification effect of the“plant-filler”composite ecological floating bed on CODcr,NH3-N and TP in the artificial lake on campus,two experiments were designed under the condition of using the same braided fiber filler.In the first experiments,5 strains of Potamogeton crispus were used,and the fresh weight of duckweed 5,10,15 and 20 g were set respectively as condition 1,and the fresh weight of duck⁃weed 5 g,6,12,18,24 strains of Potamogeton crispus as working condition 2.The results show that the purifi⁃cation effect of CODcr,NH3-N and TP in the experimental lake is the best when the second group in working condition 1 is 5 plants of Potamogeton crispus and 10 g of duckweed,and the second group in working condi⁃tion 2 is 5 g of duckweed and 12 plants of Potamogeton crispus,which meets the class V standard of environ⁃mental quality standard for surface water(GB 3838-2002).Further study on the lake water is conducted in the second experiment with 12 strains of Potamogeton crispus and duckweed of 10 g.The result shows that the puri⁃fication effect is better than that of working condition 1 and 2.The contents of CODcr and NH3-N in the tested lake water have reached the class IV standard in the environmental quality standard for surface water(GB 3838-2002).Due to the low TP in the lake water,the TP removal effect is not obvious.
