摘  要:[目的]为了筛选出适宜嫁接黄瓜生长发育的南瓜砧木品种。[方法]本研究以‘巨丰八号’黄瓜为接穗,‘金尊’、‘寒越’、‘日本金秀台木’南瓜为砧木,比较不同南瓜砧木嫁接后对黄瓜生长特性、果实品质及产量等方面的影响。[结果]研究结果发现,‘金尊’与‘巨丰八号’的砧穗组合中黄瓜植株成活率较高,为90%;且长势较好,株高为166.50 cm,茎粗为13.51 mm,叶面积为784.50 cm^(2);果实的产量和品质均显著优于自根苗和其它砧木组合,产量为94.72 t·hm^(-2),可溶性糖含量和维生素C含量分别为4.9 mg·kg^(-1)和64.4 mg·kg^(-1)。[结论]本研究基于主成分分析明确了不同南瓜砧木嫁接后对黄瓜生长发育及品质的影响。其中,综合评价以砧木‘金尊’与接穗‘巨丰八号’的组合表现最优,适于作为黄瓜嫁接优良砧木。本研究为黄瓜嫁接中砧穗互作的研究奠定了理论基础,同时为生产实践中黄瓜嫁接砧木选择提供了参考。[Objective]The present study was designed to screen out the pumpkin rootstock varieties suitable for the growth and development of grafted cucumbers.[Methods]In this study,'Jufeng No.8'cucumber cultivar was used as the scion,and'Jinzun','Han Yue',and'Japan Jinxiu Taimu'pumpkins were used as rootstocks to compare the effects of different pumpkin rootstocks on cucumber growth characteristics,fruit quality and yield after grafting.[Methods]In this study,'Jufeng No.8'cucumber was used as scion,and'Jinzun','Han Yue',and'Japan Jinxiu Taimu'pumpkins were used as rootstocks to compare the effects of different pumpkin rootstocks on cucumber growth characteristics,fruit quality and yield.Influence.[Results]The results showed that the survival rate of cucumber plants was higher in the stock-spider combination of'Jinzun'and'Jufeng No.8',which was 90%,the leaf area was 784.50 cm^(2);the yield and quality of fruit were significantly better than those of self-rooted seedlings and other rootstock combinations,among which the yield was 94.72 t·hm^(-2),and the soluble sugar content and vitamin C content were 4.9 mg·kg^(-1) and 64.4 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.[Conclusion]The effects of different pumpkin rootstocks on cucumber growth and quality after grafting were clarified based on principal component analysis.Among them,the combination of the rootstock"Jinzun"and the scion"Jufeng No.8"performed the best in the comprehensive evaluation study,which was the best candidate as a good rootstock for cucumber grafting.The results laid a theoretical foundation for the research of rootstock and spikelet interaction in cucumber grafting,and provided a reference for the selection of cucumber grafting rootstock in production practice.
