摘 要:为了对长江流域水资源利用效率进行动态评价,以长江流域11个省级行政区为研究对象,建立长江流域水资源利用效率SEDEA模型;结合GIS空间分析法,探究长江流域水资源利用效率时空变化;利用Malmquist指数与WARD系统聚类方法,分析影响水资源利用效率变化的内在原因。结果表明:长江流域11省区2013—2019年水资源利用效率总体呈上升趋势,水资源利用水平具有显著的空间差异性,东西部地区存在较大差距;11省区水资源的Malmquist指数与技术进步指数的演变趋势基本一致,说明Malmquist指数的提升主要得益于技术进步指数的增长,而制约水资源利用效率提升的主要因素是综合技术效率指数。因此,加大科技投入和技术创新,优化产业结构,合理配置生产资源是提高水资源利用效率的重要途径。With 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Basin used as the research objects,an SEDEA window model for dynamic evaluation of water resources utilization efficiency in the Yangtze River Basin was established.In combination with the GIS spatial analysis method,spatio-temporal changes of the water resources utilization efficiency in the Yangtze River Basin were explored.The Malmquist index and Ward s clustering method were used to investigate factors that affect the water resources utilization efficiency.The results show that the water resources utilization efficiency of 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Basin had an overall upward trend from 2013 to 2019,and the water resources utilization level had significant spatial differences,with a distribution trend being strong in the east and weak in the west.The evolution trend of the Malmquist index of water resources in 11 provinces is basically the same as that of the technological progress index,indicating that the improvement of the Malmquist index is mainly due to the growth of the technological progress index,and the comprehensive technical efficiency index is an important factor restricting the improvement of the water resource utilization efficiency.Increasing scientific and technological investment and technological innovation,optimizing industrial structure,and rationally allocation of production resources are important ways to improve the water resources utilization efficiency.
