非适应性认知情绪调节策略对研究生心理脆弱的影响:心理资本的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:通过分析非适应性认知情绪调节策略、心理资本与心理脆弱之间的关系,探讨影响研究生心理脆弱的因素并揭示其内在作用机制。方法:采用心理脆弱量表、认知情绪调节问卷和积极心理资本问卷对1018例研究生进行问卷调查。结果:研究生心理脆弱(41.52±12.88)分;非适应性认知情绪调节策略(39.74±9.21)分;心理资本(126.97±17.49)分。心理脆弱与非适应性认知情绪调节策略呈显著正相关(r=0.577,P<0.001),心理资本与心理脆弱、非适应性认知情绪调节策略均呈显著负相关(r=-0.407,-0.277;P<0.001)。心理资本在研究生非适应性认知情绪调节与心理脆弱之间起部分中介作用,其间接效应占总效应的比例为18.22%。结论:非适应性认知情绪调节策略直接且消极地影响研究生的心理脆弱;相反,良好的心理资本对心理脆弱有保护作用,可以缓冲非适应性认知情绪调节策略对心理脆弱的不良影响。Objective:By analyzing the relationship among non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation, psychological capital and mental vulnerability, to explore the factors affecting the mental vulnerability of master postgraduates and reveal its internal mechanism.Methods:A total of 1018 master postgraduates were investigated with the Mental Vulnerability Scale(MVQ),Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ)and Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ).Results:The score of mental vulnerability of master postgraduates was(41.52±12.88);The score of non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation was(39.74±9.21);The score of psychological capital was(126.97±17.49).There was a positive correlation between mental vulnerability and non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation(r=0.577,P<0.001),and a negative correlation between psychological capital and mental vulnerability, non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies(r=-0.407,-0.277;P<0.001).Psychological capital played a partial mediating role between non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation and mental vulnerability of postgraduates, and its indirect effect accounted for 18.22% of the total effect.Conclusion:Non-adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy directly and negatively affects the mental vulnerability of graduate students.On the contrary, good psychological capital has a protective effect on mental vulnerability, and can buffer the adverse effects of non-adaptive cognitive emotional adjustment strategies on mental vulnerability.
