摘 要:主要研究了大型筒状薄壁钛合金铸件铸造工艺对变形的影响以及变形预防改善措施,结果表明:浇注系统采用开放式分散均布多层充型方案,热等静压时铸件平放并避免叠压碰撞,补焊时用工装支撑并减小输入电流和多次分散逐层焊接可有效预防薄壁圆筒形铸件在铸造过程中的变形;对轻微变形的筒状钛合金铸件采用仿形工装、热法校正工艺进行挽救,检测结果满足技术要求可以使用。通过优化大型筒状薄壁钛合金铸件铸造工艺,同时实施预防变形及校正等措施,提高了铸件一次合格率。The influence of casting process on deformation of large tubular thin-wall titanium alloy casting and the measures to prevent and improve deformation are mainly studied.The results show that:The casting system adopts an open and dispersed multi-layer filling scheme,which can prevent the deformation of thin-walled cylindrical castings in the process of casting effectively by means of assembling support and reducing the input current during repair welding and multiple dispersed layer by layer welding.The cylindrical titanium alloy castings with slight deformation were saved by copying tooling and thermal correction process.The testing results met the technical requirements and could be used.By optimizing the casting process of large tubular thin-wall titanium alloy castings and implementing measures such as deformation prevention and correction,the primary pass rate of the castings was improved.
