摘  要:通过有限元分析计算对转向架摇枕的结构和工艺进行了多次优化,采用数值模拟技术对铸造过程的流场、温度场和缩孔进行分析与验证。对非关键部位壁厚,立筋结构进行优化,优化后的工艺生产出了满足要求的产品,同时缩短了试制过程并降低了试制成本。The structure and process of bogie bolsters was optimized by finite element analysis and calculation.The flow field,temperature field and quantitative shrinkage cavity simulation of the casting process were analyzed,calculated and verified by numerical simulation technology.The wall thickness of non-critical parts and the structure of vertical bars were optimized.The optimized process could produce products that meet the requirements,shorten the production process and reduce the trial production cost.
