摘  要:对清筛机挖掘链铸件采用中频炉底吹氩精炼工艺进行了试验研究,研究表明:中频炉底吹氩精炼工艺能有效去除铸件中的Ⅱ、Ⅳ型夹杂物和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型粗系夹杂物,最佳吹氩时间为30 min;而对钢液中的气体元素的去除,对O、N效果不明显,但对H有效;虽然对铸件的抗拉强度、屈服强度无明显改善,却能有效提升铸件的伸长率和冲击吸收能量。An experimental study was carried out on the medium frequency argon blowing furnace bottom refining process for digging chain casting of sieve cleaner.The results show that the medium frequency argon blowing process can effectively decrease type Ⅱ and Ⅳ inclusions and type Ⅰ and Ⅲ coarse inclusions in castings,and the optimal argon blowing time is 30 min.The removal of gas elements in molten steel has no obvious effect on O and N,but it is effective on H.Although the tensile strength and yield strength of the casting are not significantly improved,it can effectively improve the elongation and impact absorption energy of the casting.
