摘　　要：介绍了GB/T 40738-2021《熔模铸造硅溶胶快速制壳工艺规范》标准起草的主要过程,解读了标准涉及的术语和定义,详细说明了快速制壳所用原辅材料、工艺技术要求、检验方法等方面内容,以更好推广应用熔模铸造硅溶胶快速制壳工艺。This paper introduces the drafting process of GB/T 40738-2021"Investment Casting-Technical Specification for Rapid Shell Build with Colloidal Silica Binder",interprets the terms and definitions involved in the specification,and explains the technical requirements of the raw and auxiliary materialsas well as the inspection methods used for rapid shell making in detail,so as to promote the application of rapid shell making process of investment casting silica sol.
