益肾强肝抗疲方对慢性疲劳综合征(肝肾亏虚型)患者SOD、GSH-Px、IFN-γ及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾强肝抗疲方对肝肾亏虚型慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)患者氧化应激指标、免疫功能的影响。方法:纳入研究前对110例肝肾亏虚型CFS患者随机分组(采用随机数字表法)。对照组55例行西医常规治疗,观察组55例采用益肾强肝抗疲方口服治疗,治疗8周后比较疗效。结果:治疗后观察组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组,过氧化脂质(LPO)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清IL-6、IFN-γ、乳酸(LAC)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清CD4+/CD8+、CD4+细胞水平高于对照组,CD8+细胞水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分、中医总症状积分(主要症状为乏力、腰膝酸软、眼睛干涩,次要症状为便溏、肌肉酸痛)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率96.36%(53/55),高于对照组的65.45%(36/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于肝肾亏虚型CFS患者而言,采用益肾强肝抗疲方治疗效果显著,有助于减轻炎症反应、提高抗氧化能力、改善免疫功能,进而辅助提高临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yishenqianggankangpi Recipe on oxidative stress and immune function in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome with liver and kidney deficiency.Methods:Total one hundred and ten patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into groups(using random data table method)before being included in the study.Fifty-five cases in control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,another 55 cases in observation group were treated with Yishen-qianggankangti Recipe.Curative effect was compared after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)of observation group were higher than those of control group,while lipid peroxide(LPO)was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);serum IL-6,IFN-γ,lactic acid(LAC)were lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,serum CD4+/CD8+and CD4+cell levels in observation group were higher than control group,while CD8+cell level was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);fatigue scale-14(FS-14)score of observation group after treatment,total TCM symptom score(major symptoms were fatigue,weak waist and knees,dry eyes,and secondary symptoms were loose stools and muscle aches)were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was 96.36%(53/55),which was higher than control group[65.45%(36/55)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic fatigue syndrome with liver and kidney deficiency,treatment effect of Yishenqianggankangpi Recipe is significant,which can help reduce inflammation,improve antioxidant capacity,improve immune function,and help improve clinical efficacy.
