摘 要:目的:探讨翻转课堂模式在三年制医学检验专业学生的医学免疫学教学中的实践效果。方法:以三年制医学检验专业的2个平行班学生为研究对象,分别作为翻转班和传统班,开展教学研究,“头脑风暴式”和测试题考核的结果作为考评指标,并对翻转班学生进行不记名问卷调查。结果:“头脑风暴式”和测试题考核结果表明,翻转班学生对于知识点的掌握和应用程度明显优于传统班(P<0.05)。调查问卷的结果提示,翻转班中80%以上的学生认为其提高了主动学习、解决问题、合作、语言表达等多种能力。结论:翻转课堂模式提高了本校医学检验专业学生医学免疫学的学习效果。[Abtract]Objective:To explore the practical effect of flipped classroom model in Medical Immunology teaching for three-year medical laboratory students.Methods:Two parallel classes of three-year medical laboratory major were selected as the research objects,which were flipped class and traditional class respectively.The teaching research was carried out,and results of "brainstorming" and test questions were used as evaluation indexes.Results:Results of "brainstorming" and test questions showed that the mastery and application of knowledge points in flipped class were significantly better than that in traditional class(P<0.05).Results of the questionnaire indicated that more than 80% of students in the flipped class thought that they have improved their abilities of active learning,problem solving,cooperation and language expression.Conclusion:Flipped classroom model can improve the learning effect of Medical Immunology for students majoring in medical laboratory.
